1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of advisory services by Cambridge Spatial Advisory (“the Consultant”).
By requesting or engaging advisory services, the client agrees to these Terms.
2. Nature of Services
Cambridge Spatial Advisory provides independent advisory services relating to property presentation and market positioning.
Services may include:
Presentation analysis
Spatial and aesthetic recommendations
Market positioning insights
Written advisory reports
All services are provided remotely unless otherwise agreed.
3. Advisory Scope
The services provided are advisory in nature only.
The Consultant does not act as:
An estate agent
A property broker
A surveyor
A financial or investment advisor
A legal advisor
Clients should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.
4. Information Provided by Clients
The accuracy of the advisory review depends on the information provided by the client.
Clients may be requested to provide:
Property photos
Floor plans
Video walkthroughs
Relevant property details
The Consultant accepts no responsibility for conclusions based on incomplete or inaccurate information.
5. No Guarantee of Market Outcomes
Advisory recommendations are intended to improve presentation clarity and market perception.
However, the Consultant does not guarantee:
Property sale outcomes
Achieved sale prices
Rental outcomes
Market performance
Property market results depend on numerous factors outside the Consultant’s control.
6. Written Reports
Where a written advisory report is provided:
The report is for the client’s personal use
The report must not be resold or commercially redistributed
Excerpts may be shared with estate agents or property professionals involved in the property
7. Fees and Payment
Fees will be agreed in writing prior to commencement of advisory services.
Payment terms will be specified within the advisory proposal.
Work will normally begin only after payment has been received.
8. Confidentiality
All client information and property details are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without permission, except where required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cambridge Spatial Advisory shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Financial losses arising from property transactions
Decisions taken based on advisory recommendations
The Consultant’s liability shall not exceed the fee paid for the advisory service.
10. Intellectual Property
All written reports, documents, and advisory materials remain the intellectual property of Cambridge Spatial Advisory.
They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
